Keeping busy
We've been busy the past few days. Thursday we headed to another assembly at the Sandwich Opera House,Mike Offutt's Ultimate Science Show. The kid's enjoyed it.On Friday we went to a program through a local Forest Preserve. They both learned the impact urban sprawl has upon wildlife habitats. The older kids tried their hand at starting a fire with steel and flint.
Today we were off to Sandwich again to see a one man play "Ben Franklin". The kid's enjoyed hearing all the stories Ben had to tell of life in early America.
